What this notice covers

This notice describes how ClearCompliance ("we") handles information collected through this website. Client engagements are governed by their service agreements, which control where they differ from this notice.

What we collect

• Information you submit through our forms: contact details, company information, and the answers you choose to provide (for example, in the readiness assessment). Please do not submit patient or health information through this website — our forms are not intended for PHI, and we ask beside every free-text field that you not include it.
• Attribution metadata: the page you submitted from and campaign parameters (UTMs) when present, stored in your browser for up to 30 days and attached to your submission.
• Technical logs ordinarily generated by web hosting (such as IP address and request metadata), used for security and reliability.

What we use it for

• Responding to your inquiries and requests — the reason you contacted us.
• Providing resources you request, such as the readiness assessment results or the checklist.
• Sending marketing content only where you separately and optionally consented; every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
• Protecting the site: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and duplicate detection.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not send your form answers or assessment responses to analytics tools.
• We honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
• Readiness-assessment answers are saved only in your own browser while you complete the steps; nothing is sent to us until you submit with consent.

Retention

Lead and inquiry records are retained while relevant to a current or prospective relationship and then deleted on a scheduled cycle. You may request deletion earlier at any time.

Your choices and rights

To access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to withdraw marketing consent, email info@clearcompliance.ai. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we respond to verifiable requests within the timelines those laws require.
